My father has just invested in a scanner that converts his large collection of 35mm transparency slides into a digital format. As the mammoth task progresses I shall endeavour to publish some of the more interesting pictures here. Many show our early canal holidays from the late 70's and 80's and so you will have to forgive the 'boyish' images of me and my older brother in order to enjoy pictures of very different looking historical places on the canal system. Please keep returning as I am planning on this becoming a major feature as time progresses and I can get emailed the images from my father!
